I would like to nominate Kimi Heskett for the April 'Girl with the Arrow.' If you don't know this wonderful girl, honestly I feel bad for you because you need to meet someone that is as special as her. Kimi is the type of person that goes out of her way to help people. I first saw pictures of Kimi when I went to Muskingum my senior year of high school. I had come for an overnight visit, and ended up staying with her roommate. Just from hearing how much her roommate cared about her and how important she was to her made me want to come to Muskingum to maybe be able to meet someone like her. I had no clue that I would one day be able to call Kimi Heskett, not only my big sister...but my best friend. I have had a rough freshman year with pledging and just getting used to the changes of college life. And I have to say that there is no way that I would have been able to get though these last few months without Kimi helping me and telling me that I could do it. I honestly feel as though Kimi is like my angel that has been sent to me to tell me that everything will be ok. Whenever I need someone and or something to make me feel better somehow I always receive a message from Kimi that brightens up my whole day. Not only am I proud to be a Kianu PLACTIVE...but I’m proud to say that I have the best sisters in the world, especially my biggie "lil Kim!"
